Workers’ Comp Success Hub
Run workers’ comp like a system, not a scramble.
Most employers do not have a workers’ comp problem. They have a consistency problem. The same injury gets handled three different ways in three different locations, and nobody finds out which way was right until the mod arrives eighteen months later.
The Success Hub is where you get the protocols that fix that. Every playbook Amaxx uses when it installs a Workers’ Comp Injury Management Operating System inside an employer, in self directed form, for $95 a month.

What this is actually for
The first four hours decide the claim
Who calls, what gets said, where the employee is sent, what gets written down. Get those wrong and you spend the next year paying for it. There is a protocol for each one.
Every location does it differently
Not because anyone is careless, but because nobody ever wrote the standard down. Consistency across people, departments and sites is the single biggest lever most employers have never pulled.
The adjuster is running your claim
Account handling instructions, claim reviews, reserve challenges, settlement timing. These are things you are allowed to direct, and most employers never learn how.
What a membership includes
- All 32 playbooks, 288 lessons. The complete library, unlocked the moment you join. No sequencing, no drip, no waiting. Watch what you need when you need it.
- The member forum. Ask a real question about a real claim and get an answer from people who handle these every day, including the Amaxx team.
- The resource library. Two page field references you can hand to a supervisor without explaining them first.
- Everything new, as it is built. New playbooks and updated protocols land in your account. No upgrade pricing, no separate purchase.
- Month to month. No annual contract, no minimum term. Cancel from inside your account whenever you want.

Where this sits in the bigger system
Amaxx installs an Injury Management Operating System: one standard for injury response, communication, return to work, accountability and measurement across all of an employer’s people, departments and locations. The Hub is the self directed way in.
Diagnose
Find out where your program actually leaks. The Program Diagnostic is the formal version. The Hub gives you the measurement playbooks to start on your own.
Install
Build the standard and put it into operation. A full System Install is run with you over six weeks. Hub members get the same protocols and scripts to install at their own pace.
You are here
Sustain
Hold the standard once the attention moves on. Measurement, accountability and the performance review rhythm that stops a good program quietly decaying.
If you would rather have it installed with you than install it yourself, that is the System Install engagement and it is a different conversation. Start here and ask inside the forum.

Questions people ask first
Is this training, or is it a system?
It is a system, delivered as playbooks. Each one ends in something you install: a protocol, a script, a form, a standard. If you watch them and change nothing, nothing happens.
How much time does this take?
Lessons run short on purpose. Most members work one area at a time and install as they go rather than watching the library end to end.
Can my whole team use one login?
A membership is one seat. If you want supervisors, HR and site managers inside the Hub together, ask in the forum about team access and we will size it for you.
What if I need this installed rather than self directed?
That is the six week System Install, run with you. Many members start here, work out what their real gaps are, and move to an install once they know exactly what they are buying.
How do I cancel?
From inside your own account, any time, without emailing anyone. The next month simply does not bill.
