Kick Off Letter / Email to Broker Introducing New Workers’ Comp Program

If you do not know how to start a workers’ compensation cost control program, you need tools to help you get started. This sample letter asks your broker for input and assistance. Sample Thank You Letter to Adjuster

Once you implement a proactive workers’ comp cost containment program, your insurance company adjusters will providing a higher level of service (if you are not receiving that now). Emergency Contact Phone Label Sample

Immediate communication at the start of the claim is essential to control workers compensation costs. To facilitate communication immediately after an injury, contact information to report a claim and obtain prompt medical care, can be put on phone labels, lanyards, wallet cards or small decks of laminated cards. The tools must be located near a phone, or other means of reporting the injury.” Make the communication method visible, readable and durable.
